Deployment Guide

Getting started

The deployment process is divided into three steps and will take about an hour of your time.

You will need the following components:

• Own domain;
• Azure subscription;

  Can be created along the deployment process

• Active Directory.

  Can be created along the deployment process

STEP 1

Azure preparation

NOTE: To use StealthMail service you need to deploy StealthMail to your Azure subscription. If you don’t have an Azure subscription, it is easy to get one.Here is a short guide: Get Azure cloud subscription (takes about 5 minutes).

If you have an active Azure subscription before deploying StealthMail, there is a need to take the next actions:

• Register StealthMail application (~10 minutes);
  As a result, you will get Application (client) ID, Directory (tenant) ID and Secret. These values will be required for StealthMail deployment.
• Verify main domain (~5 minutes);
  As a result, you will get a verified domain that could be used by StealthMail.

  Depending on your domain registrar, it may take up to 72 hours for Azure to verify your domain.

• Add Users to Azure Active Directory (~5 minutes).
  As a result, you will configure users that could later use StealthMail.

  Adding users becomes possible only after domain is verified.

STEP 2

Get StealthMail Authorization code

In this step you will get a StealthMail account and after following the wizard you will get a StealthMail Authorization code that will be needed for later deployment in Azure.

• Get StealthMail Authorization code (~10 minutes).

  Depending on your domain registrar, it may take up to 72 hours for StealthMail to verify your domain.

STEP 3

Deployment to Azure

The final step - actual StealthMail deployment to your Azure cloud.

• Deployment to Azure (~10 minutes);

Use StealthMail

You can now start using StealthMail. The next guide will show how to create StealthMail user account and send secure emails.

To manage StealthMail users, in particular changing user passwords, setting phone numbers for external users, setting limits on the number of user devices and preview the latest user events, StealthMail offers a dedicated application - Officer tool.
