StealthMail Clients connection issues

If after deployment is complete and StealthMail clients failed to connect to the service or add StealthMail account you may check whether deployment completed successfully.

For example selection B2s virtual machines may lead to cases where deployment script had not received enough resources and could not deploy StealthMail service properly.

To check it in Azure portal go to Virtual Machines and pick one with StealthMail deployment.

Copy Public IP address and use it for Remove Desktop connection.

Step-1

Use credentials that you entered on the step Virtual Machines Settings during deployment process.

After you connected go to C:/stealthmail/azuire_manager/log.

This folder should contain a *.log.0.last file then deployment ended successfully.

If not, you need remove created StealthMail resource group and re-deploy StealthMail service. Make sure you pick at least F2s virtual machines for the deployment.
